TERMS OF SERVICE (Dispatch Agreement Summary)
Note: This is a simplified version for website display. A full agreement should also be sent to carriers via email or contract form.
1. Services Provided
[Your Company Name] provides freight dispatching services including load booking, broker setup, paperwork handling, and communication on behalf of the carrier.
2. Independent Relationship
We operate as a service provider. The carrier maintains full control over their business decisions, routes, and schedule. There is no forced dispatch.
3. Payment Terms
Weekly fees are due every Monday for the upcoming week of service. Invoices are sent via email and payable via [Zelle, ACH, Credit Card, etc.]. Late payments may result in temporary service suspension.
4. Termination Policy
This agreement can be terminated by either party with 7 days’ notice. No long-term contract required.
5. Load Acceptance
Carriers have the right to accept or reject any load. We will not dispatch loads without the carrier’s consent.
6. Documentation
Carriers must provide valid MC/DOT authority, W9, Certificate of Insurance, and any additional required documentation before service begins.
7. Liability
We are not liable for damages, cargo issues, or losses resulting from freight delivery. Our role is administrative and communicative — final responsibility remains with the carrier.
